Live on the Loop - A Community-wide, Inclusive Event

Hinge Neighbor’s Live on the Loop is a community-wide event taking place Sunday, June 5, 2022, from 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm. This event celebrates the upcoming Inner Loop North highway removal and the reconnection of Rochester’s 16th Ward.

The Inner Loop divided this neighborhood that is now only connected by the Scio Street bridge. With major support from the AARP, this event transforms the bridge into a reimagined neighborhood for a day.

The Scio Street Bridge will be closed off to a traffic and open to pedestrians. Join us for live music, games, children’s activities, and food trucks. We will be planting fruit trees, a lawn, colorful picnic tables and wooden benches along the bridge. Community health, design, and equity pop-up kiosks will be present.

Hinge Neighbors has joined forces with C&P Equities to bring you our first business network meeting for the inner loop north. Our goal is to give business all the need to know about the inner loop fill and how it will affect their businesses as well as future business. Drinks and lite fare will be provided!

The event will take place at 40 University Avenue on January 23rd @ 5:30pm.
